Tales from the Abbey: Today & Future

Before we continue our tales, allow me to remind you that today is the last day of our sale! Get the story while you can! The last week, you were able to browse through the history of the Abbey:

1. Our start with Reus.
   
2. The wild years of Renowned Explorers.
   
3. The challenges of Godhood.

But how are the monks fairing today? Well, the monks are happy to tell you we're productive en enthusiastic! The last year, the monks teamed up with some ex-monks to start on a new project. If you read the previous tales, you already know something about it! We're taking with us a lesson from each game:

• From Reus, we take the theme of humans, nature and the fantastic.
  
• From Renowned Explorers, we learned lessons of character and humor.
  
• From Godhood, we explored how interestingly humans can develop.

Now this doesn't tell you what game it is! That's still an Abbey secret for now. However, I will tell you this: the game is a vibrant management/strategy game! Ok, that's a bit mean - all our games are! So I will give an extra spoiler; its scale entails both the tiny mouse and the expanding universe. That's it! Any idea what it is?
We are currently looking for a publisher to work with - our heart lies with development, not publishing. Another lesson we learned the hard way! Maybe you know who would be a good fit for us?

That brings us to the end of our tale. We hope you enjoyed the short stories of game development in the Abbey. We are dedicating almost all our time, effort and tithes to this new project. We can't wait to show you, but writing code on scrolls the traditional way takes time.
