11E12344D: Chancellor Rothndos Hlaron II addresses the Senate.

"Thank you senators for voting in favour of the many resolutions I have brought forward over the last week. I wanted to speak here today to deliver a message from the Liberal bench, on what we hope comes next.

We want to assure the Senate that we will work closely with one another regardless of background to meet the range of shared challenges we face.

From Goldshield to the Gold Coast, we continue to support a Kingdom with a strong army, a capable and industrious workforce, and institutions which have stood the test of time.

We must demonstrate that democracy can still deliver for our people in this changed world. That, in my view, is our galvanizing mission. We have to prove that our model isn't a relic of history.

I am not the first Hlaron to espouse these things, but I am the first to be able to do so without molestation by a monarch and their dynasty. Despite this, moving forward you can expect to hear less from me. I will still be here. I will still be active. But I will take my role as Chancellor to heart starting now.
