Customizable Team Fortress 2 HUD

HUD for Team Fortress 2 - Easy to update; using #base to modify default files & hudanimations_manifest to allow custom animation files; so the hud will always be up to date after simply extracting the default hud files from the original game files with HLExtract.

WietHUD[github.com] has been updated to work after Jungle Inferno.

Custom Main Menu buttons have been disabled, except the Console button, and will return in a future version.
