Greetings mortals and subjects of the Mortal Realm. Like to inform you all, that the group is almost complete. Had to put the group off a little as was very busy with real life events, but this is still gonna happen. Want to thank you all for patience and bearing with us. However applications can be made now, so those who wish to get things done early, feel free to get those apps going, more salutes to ya. Anyways not gonna make this announcement super long, and wanted to give a heads up on its progress.

The Dark Gods and the Old Ones

Greetings mortal subjects,

Welcome to Warhammer:Realm of Mortals. I first would like to thank all those who joined as the first step for an role-play group is to get friends to join. With that done onto bigger things. For starters how will this work or what can be expected. Well the timeline shall take place just before the End Times and will go from there, meaning the actual End Times can occur or be delayed depending on the progress of the group and the actions taken. We hope to get this started shortly after the release of the new DLC for Total War: Warhammer II, Mortal Empires, so a week to a few weeks at most. With the combined games we hope to use it for faction battles for those who would like to use it or we can settle battles in the chat and have an admin referee, entirely on the choice of the people involved.

Secondly roleplay itself. Nation leaders are off limits as there will be no tier-like structure of the roleplay. That said, players are allowed to hold titles like Duke, Prince, et cetera depending on the character, but all fixed canon national leader-type characters are in place so no usurping them and so forth. We hope to maintain a character based roleplay, keeping characters more to mingle with others and determining the outcome, conflicts, and things of that sort to give the roleplay a more personal feel than what we are all used to. That said, some characters would be allowed to have factions of their own, minor ones like if one was a mercenary captain, can be such, so there is some customizing to be had so that is a nice added addition, but again minor which does have limits.

Lastly, would like to see individuals take initiative, not waiting around for admins to get things going. If one would like to roleplay, go for it, all that is asked is that battles or important decisions and events are left to admins to proceed with. But your characters are up to you. Read and follow the rules and things should go quite well. Have fun and lets kick some ass in the world of Warhammer Fantasy. Also, feel free to start making character applications. While the group hasn't started yet, being ready is always better. So that's it and more shall be said as the week(s) pass to keep things in order and allow this to run smoothly.
