Okay, so BundleStars.com seems to be having a pretty interesting deal at the moment.

For only $3.49, you can get 170 Platinum ($10 worth). But that's not all. Apart from some other bonus games, you get the "original" Warframe game, Dark Sector.

There is a little over 22 days left for this deal to end, but I wouldn't wait around too long. Who knows if this may sell out early or not, so better to be early than sorry.

What you do is sign-in to the Warframe.com website, and then click on Buy Platinum. On the next page you should find an area where you can enter the code to redeem your Platinum.
