SteamGifts users who have won less than 5 Giveaways

Eligibility

- You have won less than 5 giveaways
- You have been a SteamGifts member for at least 3 months
- You must have contributed at least 1 public giveaway already. This is to avoid leechers.

Once you accept the invite:

- Welcome! Please create 1 non-bundle group giveaway today. If you cannot create a giveaway at this time, do not request an invite. The entry giveaway must be open for at least 48 hours.

- Post your giveaway in the GIVEAWAY THREAD so members can easily find it.

- Check out the WU5 member spreadsheet[docs.google.com] to see how everything is tracked.

- Once your giveaway is successfully completed, you can start entering group and FFA giveaways!!

Your 5th GROUP (WU5 or otherwise) win:

- Congrats! Glad we could help! Please create a non bundled "exit" giveaway.

Note: If you have completed 2nd successful group giveaway previously, it can be counted as your "exit" giveaway. The idea is give 2, win 5 the timing is not important :)

- You are welcome to stay on as a "donator only" member. The only requirement is that you need to create a group giveaway every 3 months. (just 4 a year!). Although you won't be eligible to enter group giveaways anymore, you can still enter FFA giveaways!

What are FFA giveaways?

An FFA (Free For All) giveaway is a giveaway that all members, donators, and mods can enter. This will not count towards the winners "group wins" which means more people will enter. It's also a nice (optional) way to thank the donators and mods for their contributions.

To create an FFA giveaway, just create a PRIVATE giveaway on SG, and mark it as "FFA" in the thread. These can be bundles, DLC's, anything you think members may enjoy :)

SURVEY SAYS.....

The survey results are in! With all of the data and suggestions, the following changes are effective immediately:

New members will be required to complete a non bundled GA before they can enter group giveaways. (This may limit those who are interested in joining...but we'll give it a try)
You will now be allowed to win 5 GROUP giveaways...this counts for any group wins, not just WU5. This is a compromise between member and moderator survey votes.
No more 3:1 ratio. We're making it easy....instead, you are required to make a non-bundle entrance and exit giveaway. Give 2, get 5. :)
Outside of your 2 required "member only" giveaways, you may create other giveaways that anyone (members, donators, or mods) can enter, which will not count towards the winners 5 win limit.
- To do this, create it as a "private" givewaway and mark it as "FFA" (Free for all) giveaway in the giveaway thread. This will be a good way of giving away bundle games that would usually get less entries...as well as a nice way to thank the contributers.
We have also "refreshed" our donator list. We will still have "donator only" spots open, but donators will be required to create 1 FFA giveaway every 3 months to stay in the group. After all, that's the point of being a donator, right?

During the transition, we want to clear all the "waiting cycles" that some members are stuck in. If you have a GA that closed before today, please give the winners their games. We start fresh now!

To all members: I would like to remind everyone to check your winners before sending the game. Your winner must have less than 5 wins in total, AND must have created at least one giveaway for other members of the group. If your winner is ineligible, request a reroll. If the ineligible winner was the only entry in the giveaway, request giveaway deletion.

Accepting the win if you have 5 wins or more is a dick move that goes against the spirit of the group. Accepting your 4th group win if you only have 1 successful giveaway is a violation of our rules as well.

I won my fifth giveaway from another group, so I must now bid adieu. Thank you for the wondeful opportunities this group has given me and the games that I was fortuate enough to win.

Judged by getting no entries on a giveaway I'd say either 1: You aren't even trying to win. 2: You are not being active at this moment. 3: You are trying to win AAA-titles while giving away bundled games. And I'm not having any of that third option, so I'm not doing more giveaways until that attitude is changed for the better.

I just got my fifth win, but technically haven't given anything yet (I've created several giveaways, but either accidentally gave it away to someone ineligible or no one entered) so I'm remaining for a while until I've completed at least 2 giveaways.
