The survey results are in! With all of the data and suggestions, the following changes are effective immediately:

• New members will be required to complete a non bundled GA before they can enter group giveaways. (This may limit those who are interested in joining...but we'll give it a try)
  
  
• You will now be allowed to win 5 GROUP giveaways...this counts for any group wins, not just WU5. This is a compromise between member and moderator survey votes.
  
  
• No more 3:1 ratio. We're making it easy....instead, you are required to make a non-bundle entrance and exit giveaway. Give 2, get 5. :)
  
  
• Outside of your 2 required "member only" giveaways, you may create other giveaways that anyone (members, donators, or mods) can enter, which will not count towards the winners 5 win limit.
  
  • To do this, create it as a "private" givewaway and mark it as "FFA" (Free for all) giveaway in the giveaway thread. This will be a good way of giving away bundle games that would usually get less entries...as well as a nice way to thank the contributers.
  
  We have also "refreshed" our donator list. We will still have "donator only" spots open, but donators will be required to create 1 FFA giveaway every 3 months to stay in the group. After all, that's the point of being a donator, right?
  
  During the transition, we want to clear all the "waiting cycles" that some members are stuck in. If you have a GA that closed before today, please give the winners their games. We start fresh now!

To all members: I would like to remind everyone to check your winners before sending the game. Your winner must have less than 5 wins in total, AND must have created at least one giveaway for other members of the group. If your winner is ineligible, request a reroll. If the ineligible winner was the only entry in the giveaway, request giveaway deletion.

Accepting the win if you have 5 wins or more is a dick move that goes against the spirit of the group. Accepting your 4th group win if you only have 1 successful giveaway is a violation of our rules as well.

If you have any questions (or even suggestions to improve the group) comment below. If we've recieved the question several times, we will add it to the list.

Despite updates to both the spreadsheet and the "invalid user" discussion post, people who are unable to win are still getting gifted games. I urge all members, old and new, to check whether or not a winner is a valid contender. If you are at all unsure how to do this, just follow these steps:

1. Check the spreadsheet. If there's red in someones row, they can't win.
2. Check the "Users unable to win" discussion for names getting through our system.
3. Check their profile yourself. If they have 5 or more wins, a giveaway ratio of less than 3:1, or haven't ever given anything away for our group, they are unable to win.
4. Contact one of the admins. One of us is almost always on at any given point in time. If we aren't, just wait, we will be soon. Leave us a message if you feel like it as well.

Remember, not being diligent will only make them come back and keep attempting to take games that aren't rightfully theirs. Do your part to make sure we weed out all moochers.
