Remember my announcements about Eximius? Well, its event is now live as of today. Its FREE WEEKEND has begun today and will last until Monday.

Eximius is an RTS/FPS hybrid and I think a lot of you in another hybrid game community would enjoy it, so please check by its official Discord[discord.gg] and say hello! I'll be there to greet you. If Discord isn't your thing then visit their Facebook[www.facebook.com] page, though you won't get the same feeling as joining their Discord.

If you're interested in trying it out for free from now until Monday, the store page can be found by clicking here. Any questions, technical issues, bugs, and anything else about Eximius or even just be there to chat and enjoy the company of the community and its devs, I recommend joining the Discord just to check it out.

Hello all,

As per my other two announcements I wanted to again inform you of another RTS hybrid game called Eximius: Seize the Frontline. The game shares similarities to WARSHIFT so I wanted to share it with you.

Eximius will be hosting a large event followed by the release of a big update at the end of this month, including a FREE WEEKEND meaning you can try it before you decide on if you should buy it or not!

If you are not sure about the game or trying something new, follow me to the game's Discord[discord.gg] server where I can introduce you to the rest of the community and the developers. The community and devs are amazing! :)

Again, you don't need to buy the game but I do recommend that you check it out on their store page and join their Discord regardless to follow progress on this Early Access title. Especially since they'll be hosting a free weekend!

I'm excited to see some familiar faces join the game's community and to share ideas with the developers and the community. I will post updates periodically for the rest of the month for those that may have missed previous announcements. Hello all,

I forgot to mention that there will be a big event revealed near the end of the month and the game will include a FREE WEEKEND. Even if you do not buy the game, I recommend you to join the Discord server and keep your eyes open for any news.

I will be there, too, of course. I am a Community Rep. I can introduce you and show you around and even teach you how to play the game during the free weekend or if you buy it early!

As an added addition, I was thinking about installing WARSHIFT again for memories and would like to see if anyone would be interested in playing again. If so, the easiest way to reach me is via Discord.

This community died when my Internet went out for a long time and the mods assigned to the group did nothing. I don't blame them, it was sudden. It has been a long time, the group's been locked and the community seems dried up.

That said, I am unsure if the WARSHIFT community has small pockets still kicking around here or if the servers even work. I haven't even spoke with Cyril in a very long time. It's a shame what happened happened but I hope that everyone that was part of the community had fun and enjoyed their time on WARSHIFT.

I've found a game similar to WARSHIFT in that it's also an RTS hybrid. I thought what better place to post than here, where people played an RTS hybrid. I will post below some small details and information on links you can follow.

The game is called Eximius: Seize the Frontline. The game is an RTS and FPS hybrid, similar to WARSHIFT. The battles are 5v5, one Commander and four Officers. The Commander watches over RTS and can seamlessly enter FPS mode while Officers are locked into FPS.

The community is small and mostly on Discord but they make up for in being friendly and encouraging. The devs are actively working on the game and resolving fixes and patching bugs and there are weekly PvP Fests.

There are three main modes right now;

• PvP which is player vs player with AI Officers filling in empty spots.
  
• PvE which is currently a 15-minute wave survival with players (no friendly AI) defending against waves of enemies.
  
• Team Skirmish which is exactly like PvP but against an AI faction.

The reason I am posting this here is because you all joined this community to support WARSHIFT, an RTS and FPS/TPS (forget) hybrid. Since the community and support seems to have stopped (could be wrong), I thought I'd forward you all to another game of similar taste for those itching for a nice hybrid.
