Warning: Any participant agrees to all of the following terms and conditions by default, and it is the participant's responsibility to read and understand all of the rules.

Section 1. Tournament administration

1.3 Disputes
The Tournament Directors are the sole arbiters and court of last resort for all disputes. Their decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
1.4 Sanctions
All match-related sanctions will be made at the discretion of the referee team in accordance with The General Rules.
1.5 Exertion of Authority
In the event of suspected violations such as impersonation, blacklisted persons using alternate accounts, the Tournament Directors reserves the right to investigate and request cooperation from the participants concerned through various means.
1.6 Official announcement
Official announcement will take place via Tencent QQ group, Steam Group, channels of related BiliBili Uploaders, etc.

Section 2. Tournament Format
2.1 Format
The tournament is expected to consist of two sections, Group Round Robin and Elimination. The exact format of the tournament will depend on the final number of teams.

2.5 The process of each match
2.5.1 The referee will contact the teams 15 minutes before the start of each match with the server IP address and map.
2.5.2 Each participant is required to record and save demos of their match play. All demos must be stored until the end of the tournament to allow staffs to handle possible post-match disputes and to avoid situations where cheating is not verifiable.
2.5.3 All players' demos must be submitted promptly to a Tournament Director or a referee on request. A live stream is not a substitute for a demo.
2.5.4 If any player's demo is missing, the team will be awarded a loss for the match.
2.6 Prize
As of now, the prize fund stands at 3,000 RMB.

Section 3. Registration process
3.1 Registration
Please contact the Tournament Directors and the Chief Referees.
3.2 Roster size
The maximum number of players per team is 6. No late registration, additions or changes to the rosters will be accepted.
3.3 Account privacy
For those whose account profile is private, the staffs have the right to request temporary disclosure of account profile for identity verification, etc. if necessary.
3.4 Double registration
A player may be registered for only one team in the tournament. Once the same person is found using different accounts to register in different teams, he/she will be banned and blacklisted.

Section 4. Match play
4.1 Time and tardiness
4.1.1 Each game will start at the scheduled time (default time is 8:00 p.m. BST). If a team is absent without explaining the reason to staffs, it will be treated as a forfeit. Teams that forfeit more than two games due to unexcused absences will be disqualified from the tournament.
4.1.2 Players should enter the server at least 10 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. Each team has 15 minutes after the scheduled time to have 4 players in the server and readied up. After time runs out, the team that is short of members can only start the match with AI teammates or choose to concede. Late arrivals will only be able to enter the server and join the game before the ready-up for the first half and second half of each round.
4.1.3 When there is a time conflict and other reasons for not being able to compete on default time, players need inform the referee in advance and negotiate with the opponents to change the time of the match. If the scheduled time is adjusted and finalized by both teams and the staffs, it will be regarded as the only time specified, and the content described in the previous rule will remain in effect for it.
4.1.4 Once all players have arrived, they should get ready as quickly as possible within 10 minutes. During the match, each team has 15 minutes to pause. The referee has the right to force the match to start when time runs out. Nevertheless, the match may be postponed at the discretion of the Tournament Directors if both teams agree to extend the waiting time or reserve the remaining maps for another date.
4.2 Player name
Players are required to use the correct and fixed team tag and name throughout the competition (same as the registration).
4.3 Substitutes
Once a substitute has joined the game, he/she can not be replaced again until first half or second half of the round are complete, except in cases such as disconnection from the server. Substitutions cannot be made too often, and extra players are not allowed to stay on the server.
4.4 Spectators
Aside from tournament staff and authorized casters, no spectators will be in the server during match play.
4.5 Lerp
Do not change the lerp after the match starts, only one Lerp is allowed to be used. Violators will be penalized by a deduction of 500 points/time.
4.6 Demo and Anti-cheating
4.6.1 All players must record a demo and use anti-cheat software (https://nohope.eu/).
4.6.2 The winning team must submit the demos and final secured ZIP files of every person within 1 hour after the game. If someone can't submit on time, please ask the referee to explain the reason (It will be considered as not submitted and will be awarded a loss when no reason is given).
4.6.3 Although there is no mandatory submission requirement for demos and final secured ZIP files of losing teams, but they still need to be kept for a period of time in case of possible dispute handling.
4.6.4 The winning team that fails to submit demos and final secured ZIP files, or the file cannot be viewed due to corruption or low completeness, or is missing the demo of any of the players, will be awarded the loss. And the other team will qualify as the winner after submitting the above-mentioned files according to the same requirements.
4.6.5 When neither team is able to submit the above-mentioned files as required, both will be awarded a loss. However, without affecting the overall schedule, there may be a possibility for them to get a rematch, subject to the Tournament Directors' decision based on the actual situation.
4.6.6 In the elimination stage, if one team is awarded a loss and the other team forfeits the qualification for advancement and they do not play a rematch, the advancement position may be deferred to the next ranked team, or continue to be deferred if they forfeit, and so on. The specific decision of the Tournament Directors shall prevail.
4.7 Spectate command
Do not use the !spectate command throughout the match once it starts. If someone have to use it he/she must ask the referee in advance and get permission. Accepted uses of the spectate command are:
 Wrong team after changing the round due to server.
 A player-controlled Spitter is not being killed by the survivors in a reasonable time.
4.8 Using map bugs
All behaviors judged as exploiting bugs are prohibited, and the violating party shall bear the corresponding consequences.
4.8.1 Do not use weapons and other means to destroy the doors to the alarms. The standard penalty for violation will be a zero score for the current round.
4.8.2 Do not use Minigun to attack the infected. The standard penalty for violation will be a deduction of 500 points/time.
4.8.3 Do not restore health by submerging in water or other similar ways. The standard penalty for violation will be a forfeit loss of the match.
4.8.4 Do not use model stuck bug and thus teleport to survivors. If this happens, the SI must be killed by the administrator.
4.8.5 On c4m2, do not jump on the pipes near the trailer by climbing on the ruined brick wall. The standard penalty for violation will be a forfeit loss of the match.
4.8.6 On c4m2, do not skip the elevator holdout event by any means that allow the player to safely enter the sugar cane field without riding the elevator or dying from fall damage. The standard penalty for violation will be a forfeit loss of the match.
4.8.7 Do not go through the safe house door in ghost mode by any means. The standard penalty for violation will be a zero score for the current round.
4.8.8 Do not attack the survivors as infected in any way from out of the normal map bounds. The standard penalty for violation will be a deduction of 1,000 points/time.
4.8.9 Do not intentionally exploit AI pathing by moving to an area that causes NPC infected to stop attacking. The standard penalty for violation will be a forfeit loss of the match. However, it is permitted to exploit AI pathing in a way that causes infected to climb over obstacles repeatedly.
4.8.10 Do not cross the ruined bridge on c11m1 without climbing a ladder. If you find yourself on the far side of the bridge and you did not climb a ladder, you must go back and climb a ladder before progressing. The standard penalty for violation will be a zero score for the current round.
4.8.11 Any other use of bugs is prohibited, and violators will be punished on a case-by-case basis.
4.9 IP address
Do not use VPN and similar means to change the actual IP address. The offending team will be punished by disqualification. If you have to use them, please communicate with the Tournament Directors in advance.

Section 5. Unsportsmanlike conduct
5.1 Insufficient effort to win
Any competitor who, in the judgment of a staff member, has not committed to winning the match is guilty of unsportsmanlike conduct.
5.2 Toxic behavior
Toxic behavior such as Insults and taunts to staff and opponents by any player on or off the field are not welcome and not allowed. The referee reserves the right to impose penalties up to suspension and blacklisting.
5.3 Pausing
Repeated or lengthy use of the pause function disrupts the normal flow of the match. Therefore, frequent and casual use of it is generally not allowed. If anyone have to do so for some reason, inform the referee.
5.4 Sprays and steam avatars
Do not use sprays that imitate or resemble environmental objects, such as: weapons, NPC or player models, props, or any other recognizable in-game entity. Do not use sprays or steam avatars that are grotesque, violent, obscene, or depict other disturbing or offensive imagery such as sexually suggestive or explicit content, racist logos, or “shock” images. The referee reserves the right to impose penalties up to suspension and blacklisting at his discretion.
5.5 Cheating
5.5.1 All forms of cheating are strictly prohibited, including but not limited to impersonation, use of mods, plug-ins, programs and scripts for cheating, etc. Anyone who suspects an opponent of cheating can report to the referee and submit evidence, which will be investigated and verified by the staff team and given the appropriate penalty according to the rules of the competition. No unauthorized provocation or malicious reporting is allowed.
5.5.2 The tournament will use individual servers in Asia, all players should consciously abide by the server daily usage norms. If you are mistakenly banned in daily game, please contact the administrator yourself for a solution. Anyone who is banned from the server during the tournament will be treated as a cheater.
5.6 Modifications to game files
Players are prohibited from making modifications to game files that are detrimental to sportsmanship and competitive balance, such as altering decals and audio to achieve transparency or conspicuousness of models, removal or diminution of sound effects, etc. Changes that affect only the appearance are generally allowed. The specific judgment of the Tournament Directors shall prevail.
5.7 Guilt by association
Depending on the circumstances, the entire team may be held responsible for the unsportsmanlike conduct of any team member.

Section 6. Blacklist

2.5 场次流程
2.5.1 所有参赛队伍，请于其每场比赛开始前提早15分钟联系当值裁判，由当值裁判告知比赛服务器IP和地图；
2.5.2 所有选手均须录制Demo，以便赛后争议处理，避免作弊行为无从查证的情况；
2.5.3 比赛结束后，胜方须派代表提交全队Demo，打包发给当值裁判；败方理论上需留存Demo一段时间；
2.5.4 所有上场队员的Demo均须上交，缺少任何一位选手Demo的，则该队伍当场比赛结果判负。
2.6 奖金与分配

三. 报名相关
3.1 报名方式
详细内容咨询大赛群（群号：737901504 ）。
3.2人数限制
每支队伍人数上限为6；赛程开始后不允许增加或修改队伍人员。
3.3 账户链接
请参赛选手确保其Steam链接始终有效。若提交自定义ID链接，禁止在完赛前对其进行修改；对个人资料私密者，赛务人员有权在需要的情况下要求其暂时公开个人资料以核对身份等。
3.4 禁止事项
一名选手只允许同时在一支队伍中报名；任何冒名顶替的代打行为经发现最高将予以禁赛及黑名单处罚。

四. 规则条目
4.1 时间与延误
4.1.1 每晚按规定时间开始比赛。若有队伍当时未到场且无合理解释的，一律按弃权处理，连续无故弃权两场则取消比赛资格；
4.1.2 参赛选手理应早于规定时间至少10分钟到达相应的指定服务器；超过规定时间15分钟仍未到齐的，强制带AI队友开始比赛，或选择认输（如有时间冲突等原因无法准时比赛的，请提早告知裁判组，并与对手队伍协商更改实际比赛时间）；之后进入服务器的应上场选手须等待当前章节结束后方可上场，在此之前不允许其在旁观位置逗留；
4.1.3 具体比赛时间经由双方队伍及赛务三方协商调整并最终确定的，将视其为唯一规定时间，仍适用上一条中所述的延误判定及处理方式；
4.1.4 双方人员于服务器中到齐后，自行准备开始比赛，若超过10分钟仍未开始，裁判有权强制开始此轮；若比赛双方均同意延长等待时间，赛务及主办方可酌情延后比赛，最终以规则及主办方为判决的主导方。
4.2 选手ID
整个比赛进程中，参赛选手须使用正确且固定的队标和ID（以报名时为准）。
4.3 替补队员
整个比赛进程中，每支队伍须预备好替补队员，因掉线等原因退出服务器无法参赛、延误超过15分钟的，须换上替补队员或选择带AI队友继续比赛；替补队员上场后，当前章节内不得中途换回原队员。
4.4 观众
整个比赛进程中，除上场选手、裁判、实况直播及解说以外的非赛务人员禁止在比赛服务器内逗留。
4.5 Lerp
比赛开始后，当场比赛期间禁止更改Lerp数值，即只允许使用一个Lerp数值；违反者一方队伍将被处以500分/次的惩罚。
4.6 录制与反作弊
4.6.1 每场比赛开始前，所有上场选手须录制Demo并开启反作弊（MOSS）；
4.6.2 比赛结束后，胜方队伍须于赛后1小时内上交当场比赛己方所有上场人员的Demo与反作弊生成的压缩包，延迟提交请找裁判说明原因（如未说明原因则按未交或不齐处理，当场比赛成绩为负）；
4.6.3 理论上不对败方的Demo与反作弊生成文件作强制上交要求，但仍需保留其一段时间，以便赛后争议处理；
4.6.4 未上交Demo与反作弊生成文件、文件因完整度低或损坏而无法查看、缺少任何一位上场队员Demo的一方，相应比赛场次将被判负，由另一方队伍按同等要求提交上述文件后获得胜者资格；
4.6.5 若双方均缺失上述所需文件，则双方均将被判负。在不影响整体赛程进度的前提下，双方将可能获得重赛机会。具体以主办方判决为准；
4.6.6 若在淘汰赛中，一方被判负，另一方放弃晋级资格且双方不进行重赛的，晋级位置将可能顺延至排名后一位的队伍，若其放弃则继续顺延，依此类推。具体以主办方判决为准。
4.7 旁观指令
在一局比赛正式开始至结束期间，所有参赛选手禁止擅自使用!spectate等指令，如遇BUG等特殊情况需要使用旁观功能的，须提前征求裁判同意；违反者一方队伍将被处以500分/次的惩罚。例外：切换下一章节后服务器自动分配导致选手位置错误的情况，允许自行旁观调整；若生还者明显有意不击杀玩家操控的Spitter时，允许其自行旁观。
4.8 利用地图BUG（更多地图规则请参考星辰杯地图规则）
禁止一切被判定为利用BUG的行为，违反者一方须承担相应后果。
4.8.1 禁止使用近战武器等破坏地图中的机关门，违反者一方队伍将被处以当前章节分数降为0的惩罚；
4.8.2 禁止使用地图中所有的Minigun以攻击感染者，违反者一方队伍将被处以500分/次的惩罚；
4.8.3 禁止利用水下回血等类似BUG，违反者一方队伍将被处以该场次判负的惩罚；
4.8.4 禁止特殊感染者利用地图卡模型从而瞬移到生还者周边的行为；若此情况发生，该特殊感染者或Tank必须被处死；
4.8.5 在c4m2中，禁止通过破损砖墙上的管道直接进入糖厂建筑物中，违反者一方队伍将被处以该场次判负的惩罚；
4.8.6 在c4m2中，禁止通过踩感染者模型下至地面以跳过电梯等类似行为，违反者一方队伍将被处以该场次判负的惩罚；
4.8.7 禁止卡复活穿门以进入安全室等类似行为，违反者一方队伍将被处以当前章节分数为0的惩罚；
4.8.8 禁止特殊感染者在地图正常范围外攻击生还者的行为，违反者一方队伍将被处以1000分/次的惩罚；若意外卡进地图边缘区域，需告知裁判后再解决；
4.8.9 禁止有意利用BUG点导致AI感染者丢失目标，违反者一方队伍将被处以该场次判负的惩罚；在全程不丢失目标前提下，运用AI寻路机制依靠走位使AI感染者不断翻越障碍物是允许的；
4.8.10 在c10m1中，生还者必须通过爬梯上桥，任何跳过爬梯直接上桥的方式都被禁止。即使生还者因感染者的进攻等被动上桥，也必须尽快下来按正常路径前进，违反者一方队伍将被处以当前章节分数为0的惩罚；
4.8.11 禁止其他任何利用BUG的不正当行为，违反者将依据具体情况被判决。
4.9 选手网络IP相关
禁止擅自使用加速器等改变实际网络IP的软件工具及类似方式，违反者一方队伍将被处以取消比赛资格的惩罚；若不得不使用，请事先与主办方沟通。

五. 违反体育竞技道德的行为
5.1 消极比赛
根据赛务人员的判断，过于消极的比赛行为将可能受到酌情惩罚，最高可至禁赛及黑名单。
5.2 侮辱嘲讽行为
禁止参赛选手在场上或线下对赛务及竞争对手作出辱骂、嘲讽或阴阳怪气的行为，包括但不限于文字、角色与玩家语音、喷漆等形式。裁判有权酌情对其作出惩罚，最高可至禁赛及黑名单。
5.3暂停指令
比赛阶段禁止随意暂停影响比赛的正常进行（特殊情况除外）暂停后必须第一时间向当值裁判说明暂停原因。
5.4 喷漆
禁止参赛选手使用模仿或拟态环境与物体，例如：武器、人物和特感模型、道具等任何可被识别的游戏内元素，以及包含淫秽、怪诞、暴力等其他令人不安与反感、违法犯罪内容的喷漆。裁判有权酌情对其作出惩罚，最高可至禁赛及黑名单。
5.5 作弊行为
5.5.1禁止一切形式的作弊行为，包括但不限于代打、外挂程序插件、擦边与作弊MOD、作弊指令等。一经发现，立即处以禁赛及黑名单；任何一方怀疑对面有作弊行为的，可向裁判进行举报并提交证据，由裁判组调查核实后根据比赛规则给予相应处罚；不得擅自挑起事端、恶意举报，否则将酌情处罚，最高可至禁赛及黑名单；
5.5.2 本次将使用个别亚洲服务器，请参赛队伍自觉遵守日常服务器使用规范。如日常游戏被误封，请自行联系服务器管理员解封，比赛期间被服务器禁封人员一律以作弊处理。
5.6 游戏文件修改
禁止参赛选手修改贴图、音频等游戏文件以达到模型透明化或明显化、音效消除或减弱等目的。裁判有权酌情对其作出惩罚，最高可至禁赛及黑名单。
5.7 连带责任
根据实际情况，整支队伍将可能为其个别队员的违规行为承担连带责任，接受相同惩罚。

六. 黑名单
6.1 黑名单人员

若发现参赛队伍中含有黑名单人员，该队伍其他成员或将承担连带责任，屡犯者最高可至禁赛黑名单。
