The goal of this group:

• Create a place where players can find people to queue together with
  
• Create a place where TF2 players can meet together to run VALORANT "10 MANS" to have fun & compete in a friendly environment

How Do The 10 Mans Work?

1. Me (s1ke) or someone else will make an announcement starting the 10-Mans
   
2. Join the Mumble Server (please use most used alias):
   Address: mumble-us2.cleanvoice.com
   Port: 57607
   
3. First come first serve basis (first 10 people to join the channel will be in the game) - if one game is full join the next game's add up channel
   
4. Two highest ranked players out of those 10 people will be Captains
   
5. One captain will get first player pick and the other captain will get map pick & attack/defend pick (will be decided among captains, if agreement can't be made coin will be flipped)
   
6. Captains will pick one player at a time back and forth until there are no remaining players
   
7. PLAY VIDEO GAME!

When Are They Being Played?
Heavily based on when people want to play them but I guess 9pm-10pm EST would be a popular time to start them

How it Started:
s1ke (myself), Alexandros, maelstrahm, and other familiar TF2 names started playing Valorant frequently together starting in the summer of 2020 as a new adventure to explore during the COVID-19 pandemic. I thought of this idea towards the end of October 2020 and believe it could be very beneficial for TF2 players looking for teammates or a way to play without having to play ranked (O_O)
