The Zombie Apocalypse Protocol Instituted by the Minister of War, Hans Baurstein, and executed by the Chief of State Andrew Artyom, will keep the people of the United Federation safe from a zombie apocalypse. It is as follows.

Phase 1: Blue Phase.

All the VIP's will be taken to the safe zone "Goalpoast" Goalpoast's location will remain anonymous due to the nature of the site.

Martial Law will be imposed which will mean...

All citizens must be inside of their house by 18:00 or they will be detained and brought into custody, or worse.

All schools and bussinesses will be closed down until further notice.

Any male over 15 will be armed with a firearm.

Every family will be given rations size based on the number of people in the family.

Phase 2: The Yellow Phase

In the Yellow Phase, the lands of the Federation are divided into districts and will be governed by generals and colonels. People will follow total military rule.

All carriers are quarantined into district Zero-Alpha. Anyone seen leaving the sight will be terminated, as will anyone who attempts to enter the site.

Phase 3: The Red Phase

By Phase 3, everyone is considered a threat and will be shot on site if they do not comply with the military.

Ships are loaded with survivors will be on course for a neighboring planet on good terms.

All carriers will be terminated and anyone in contact will be terminated. No exceptions.

Anyone caught crossing into district Zero-Alpha will be terminated.

Phase 4: Black Phase

All districts are wiped clean by means of bombs from space ships and sattelites.

Any form of life on the planet is to be exteminated.

Phase 5: White Phase

White phase begins 20 years after Black Phase is the beginning of reconstruction. Colonists will be brought back to Byzitrium with military regiments to guard them and they will begin to repopulate the planet with life.

Construction on a National Metro System shall begin immediately.

The National Metro System shall connect our cities and territories together. This will allow for the fastest transportation between places. It also holds promise for military aspects.

The Federal Special Service has been authorized for creation.

The FSS shall act as the Federation's anti-terror and elite special operation unit. They shall assist in the most important of matters for the State, and help protect the people by achieving objectives without the use of full out armed warfare.

The Minister of War has declared that as of now, all Federal Special Service operations are to be taken place on the new Arma 3 platform. All work towards this goal and finding members for it are taking place with his authority and supervision.

With our recent winning of independence from the old Casium Empire, a grand new monastary shall be built in Dracport in order to appease the gods of Hellgism.

For those who do not know of Hellgism, allow me to provide a historical synopsis:

Long ago in the planet Barrum there existed a people of superiority. Legend foreholds that these people were once tall and godlike. Because of their godly appearance, they required that fantastic cities be built that could literally only suit the gods themselves.

From their cities they prospered. In their free time they went out and hunted many of the planet's animals, and even made scientific pursuits. Alas, such a paradise could not last forever.

A flood came over the lands of these gods, and their cities were all but destroyed, and their people all but decimated. Alas, a few monks of these gods managed to escape and by using the power of divinity, spread far and wide across the galaxies. One such place they landed was Casium, and they soon subjucated the native inhabitants there.

Naturally, despite our independence from the Casium Empire, we continue to believe and worship in the gods of Hellgism.

Now we can only hope they look upon us with graceful eyes and bless us with their good fortunes in the coming years.
