Umbrella Security Forces

The Umbrella Security force is responsible for assuring security in Umbrella's most important facilities. They differ from the UBCS since they act more or less as a typical Security force rather than a Special force unit like the UBCS (who are specialized rescue troops). The Umbrella Security Force's most notable appearance was in the Paris research facility where they had sent agents after Claire chasing her in the facilitiy's hallways. They were also stationed at Rockfort Island and at the Antarctic research facility where most of the guards became zombies following the bio hazard (caused by the attacking H.C.F. commandos) at Rockfort. They're in charge of security and defence of all Umbrella facilities. In Rockfort island, they guarded the prisoners held in the facility as well as the facility itself. Their most notable unit is the 3rd Security unit, Rodrigo Juan Raval as the squad leader. The 3rd Security unit members are all most likly deceased, since they were stationed at Rockfort during the outbreak. When Wesker lead an attack on the island, assault planes bombed the island, causing yet another leak of the virus from the destroyed labs. Those who were not killed directly from first contact of the escaping virus in ground zero ended up fighting off the hoards of infected base personal. Rodrigo was one of those fighting survivors. Eventually, the remaining troops were outnumbered, and most of them ended up dead or undead themselves. They have failed to contain the outbreak since they were taken by surprise. Rodrigo, witnessing his unit being massacred by B.O.W.s and Zombies, still managed to survive and decided to free the island's new prisoner, Claire Redfield.
