Tim Fleming has become the latest UKIP councilor on Hartlepool council in a by-election for the Headland and Harbour ward after alot of campaigning by some 40 activists including myself.

Result-

UKIP - 496 (+49.2%)
Labour - 255 (-17.7%)
Putting Hartlepool First – 155 (-20.3%0
Local Conservatives – 41 (-14.0%)
Patients not profit – 36
Independent – 26
