"Our Voice Is Strong"

Who we are.
As a rebel we are the voice of the people. Our point is not to simply kill off the Combine. That concept is to...basic. The true goal of the rebels is to support the people. We see a injured citizen lying down moaning in the slums? We help him. We see the Combine beating on a citizen due to "non-compliance"? We save that citizen. The rebels are the only true way that the people can show that they still have a voice in our world. And our voice is strong.

Your job as a Rebel.
Quite simply your job is to be the voice of the silenced citizens. Just as god would....you whisper when the citizens are in joy, and shout for them when they are saddened. The citizens are NOT the Combine's toys. And by helping them you are NOT better than them. Whenever a citizen needs to speak up, use your voice as a rebel to speak for them. If the Combine want to torture the human race. So be it. Their voice may be strong. But ours is stronger.
