Declaration

Founded by the Great Nations of Egyptia (Luis) and Russia (David) is the United Civs Of Neiltopia, also known as UCoN.

The UCo-N was created as a recognition union between the great Civilisations of the world who all conform to the Concept of The "Neiltism" Rule. While the Civs of The UCo-N are not necessarily allied with one and other, they still come together to wave the banner for The Collective Neiltopia Project.
