For now.
This probably will work worse than SE's regular Havok wrapper, but it works.
If you have Medieval Engineers, copy the Havok Wrapper .dll from ME's Bin64 to SE's Bin64.
If you don't have Medieval Engineers, I have a solution.

I don't know how many copyright laws that link breaks.
It could break your game. Etc.
But it worked when by all rights, it shouldn't have. It's pulled from my install of Medieval Engineers, pure from the game.
