This loadout of the month heavily emphasizes on mobility as the Soldier.

Primary: Stock rocket launcher

Secondary: Gunboats [60% less damage to self]

Melee: Market gardener

If you don't really know or like to use the market gardener, I reccomend to use it more because it's very useful in combat. If you don't really know how to rocket jump/Market garden, I reccomend using tr_walkway which is a target practice map. It can be used for all classes using bots.
