Ok, top gave me the go ahead to keep as 'owner' of the steam group and I just went about messing with the settings again.

Server Ops get Officer. Everyone else gets Member.

Officers can:
- Edit the group Avatar & Description
- Make/Edit Anouncements
- Kick Members
- Delete comments
- Ban someone from the steam chat

Members can: (anything that gets abused will be limited to Officers)
- Make/Edit group events
- Invite new members
- Add comments
- Make the steam chat public/private
- Invite someone to the steam chat
- Kick someone from the steam chat

The only two things I've set to owner are:
- Make officer (don't know if officers and deofficer another officer if they have this power.. dont wanna tempt it)
- Choose Player of the Week (so we don't go fighting over it :3 I'll either choose randomly or we can hold votes)
