J.Fla is a successful singer songwriter born JungHwa Kim and was raised in Seoul, Korea. J.fla has always had a passion for music and from an early age has been Influenced by arts including ABBA, Beatles, Corinne Bailey Rae, Jamiroquai, Maroon 5 and Amy Winehouse. J.Fla's career began as songwriter for Sony Music Publishing Japan from 2009 and has written many songs for artists including the highly successful American born Japanese artist Ito Yuna. J.Fla started releasing her own music videos YouTube views with covers of popular songs in 2011 and has amassed over 7 million views so far. J.Fla subsequently landed a recording contract with Korean record label and released her debut three-track EP 'Story' after significant success in Asia J.Fla has recently signed to Ostereo and is currently writing and recording new material to release this autumn.
