I feel like i need to better explain what the last post I made means. I feel that some people may see how I was acting as coming off a bit mean. That is not the case. Yes, I was annoyed with our performance, that comes with being a team leader, its just the nature of it. However, I am far from angry with anyone. I believe we can all be good players, in fact I know we can. I dont wanna replace anyone, simply for any reason besides I dont want to hurt anyone. That being said, we need to improve. I did say that if we are losing consistently that I will see where we are faulty, who is causing it, and give them a chance to improve. I said that I want a team of players to grow and stay together and enjoy playing together. I am far from giving up on you guys or this team. I want us to be motivated. I am annoyed that I cant go a scrim or match lately without having a ringer, and that does bother me. Subs are few and far between, especially for Steel. I understand that things come up, nobody has not shown up without letting me know before hand, however if attendance becomes a consistent problem, I have to move you to sub and find a new main. Im not giving up on you guys (And girl), I like you guys, your genuinely good players and people, we just need to work together to improve. I believe in all of you.

Now, with that being said, I wanna give an update on whats going on lately:

1. I want to apologize for both my attitude and my lack of involvement as a leader the past week or so. My mother has (or had) very serious strep throat. She was in terrible pain and could barely talk. Because of this, I was working on college finals, waking up at 5AM to take my sister to school, doing my moms paralegal filing, rinse and repeat, for 5 or 6 days straight. It put me off sleep and caused me to be extremely stressed. It has all been cleared up thus far, and is no longer problem.

2. I want to explain the absence of our soldier main (BigKnockOut) because I feel I would sound hipocritical if I don't. As he tells me, he had a failing grade in one of his classes which caused his parents to bar him from his PC on school nights/days. He is going to make a full return in less than 2 weeks. For the time being, j3tty has agreed to stay our main. The only reason I have not made him full time main is because he does not want to be full time main.

3. GamerGuyInc, also known as Chase, is going to be our main engineer. I would much rather take him on knowing he wont quit out on us and help him improve rather than run into a problem like we did with Unchanging.

4. I am debating on changing the name of the group to "UberSoup Highlander". This is a trivial matter that we can discuss at a later time however.

5. At this current time, its not looking bright that I will be able to fund a server for us (Mumble or Game). However, I would prefer us to have our own private one. So far, the cheapest mumble server/game server combo I can find is from EVL Gaming[evlgaming.com]. Teams I have been on in the past have used this, and its very reliable and functional. So far, I think we would need 3 months, and its $13.99 a month, which means to fund it for the whole season we would need $42. Unforunately, I most likely will start looking for another job in the coming weeks, and have to come up with $460 in 3 weeks to pay for classes and books. I do not want to take on any charges that I already do just to be safe. If anyone is willing to pay for the server, or donate to my paypal to do so, feel free to message me and we can figure it out.

6. I know plenty of mentors. If you need help, ask me, as I know alot of people who play higher divisions (Premier/Platinum/Intermediate/LAN). They are nice people who are more than willing to help out.
