More news to come at a later date

A lot of you had been really upset about the server closing a couple years ago. It was all the fault of my crappy ISP, their bad modem, and even worse customer support. However due to living in my parents home with their internet I could not change service providers.

However, I recently contacted my ISP (AGAIN) to see if there was anything that could be done. They finally allowed me to use my own modem instead of the one supplied by them! Incase you didn't know - their modem was the reason my port forwarding no longer worked but all that should be in the past.
Once I get the new modem I will hook it up and work on getting the server operational again!

Just know it will be slow at first. Much has changed in terraria.. Game updates, TShock has had several changes made to it, and plugins for it have come and gone. Due to the amount of time that has passed and how our community has fell apart we will be starting completely fresh. I will be redoing all the ranks and most people will start at the bottom rank to work their way back up. There will only be a select few that will be ranked higher to help out with the server but they will be announced at a later time.

I just want to say that it will still be the server you all loved. A freebuild server with all the crazyness you all fell in love with - just with an updated event system I never had time to impliment before.

alright, this is just a little announcement to explain my inactivity for the past couple months, because i feel you wonderful people deserve it.

what i have never really told any of you, and not even ten knows much about, is that i, about a year ago now i think, started watching a bunch of streams on twitch, and somehow got involved with a group of people who hang out in a twitch-chatforum all day to just talk and goof off.
At the start of the summer that group of people formed a joined twitchchannel i now manage (not primarily as a streamer, more just a mod with decisionmaking abilities) with 2 others. i sort of hang out there now, whenever i'm not playing games or have nothing else to do.

i currently do not know where tens server stands, however, i will say that if/when it does get back properly, and my schedule from work allows it, i will become more involved with the server/community again and take my responsibilty. But until then i wil focus on my other community on Twitch.
