Nick “n0it” Nowakowski:

Nick came into Counter-strike: Source with a huge advantage of working his way up with a great bunch of guys who were also great teachers. Unlike a lot of players though, he had the mental faculties to take advantage of the knowledge of his peers. Nick is a very humble guy who realized early on that had he a lot to learn. He let himself be coached and absorbed every lesson. He didn’t let small day to day successes fuel his ego, which is a common mistake that many players will make. In the middle of his career when the chips were down and times got tough, Nick didn’t give up or give in to his pride. He sought out even more experiences by practicing with a variety of different teams and people. What allowed Nick to do this is his respect for others and his humility.

Sam “devour” Chamma:

Sam above any other player I have ever met is a testament to stubbornness and refusing anything less than first. He’s a guy who can single handedly carry a team to a win through his will alone. He spares absolutely nothing when it comes to his game (and words)! Despite his sometimes abrasive attitude, Sam is loyal guy to those that can earn his trust. Sam has nerves of steel and if anything has ever fazed him, then his play certainly did not give it away.

Mike “paradox” Stanowski”:

Mike is proof of the power of positive thinking. Mike’s had his share of frustrations and difficult situations to deal with, but that’s exactly what makes him such a strong player. He deals with issues in a very thorough manner and then never looks back. Mike is a student of sports mentality and I would not be surprised if he wrote a book of his own at some point in his life. One of his biggest strengths as a person is his ability to set small goals that lead up to a larger goal. Mike realizes that great things take time and preparation to develop. He appropriately measures his time and commitment and when he does commit to anything, then he follows through the whole way.
