helo ladies and gentlemen people of all ages, welcome to team fortress 2 raffle!

let me tell you a little about myself, i like players to compete and see if you go big, or you go small, i want to see what players have luck, and what who dont, and for those who dont, i always say better luck next time!

well heres how you enter, a ticket is 1 scrap, give the scrap to any admin on, and i will write down your name and how much scrap you gave me, then when i got down 30 tickets i will draw the winner, i do not know what hats will be presented during the drawings, it may be anything, from the crappiest hat to the best hat, you never know, so good luck!! and one more thing, if you wanna donate any hat, or refined, please contact me!
