Members of TeamNoCiviliansOfficals are not allowed to cheat or hack.
Vote on new members if you have played with them or know them.
Be active in the community and ask a Admin or Mod if you feel someone in TNC should be in this group.
Report members to Administrators or Moderators if someone you feel is cheating. (Proof must be given)
Your profile must be public at all times. (This shouldn't be an issue unless your cheating)
(Optionable, not required) Wear the =TNC= or =TNCO= Tag when ingame.

Represent the group by helping newcomers to the group and newcomers to PayDay in a whole.
If you are going to be inactive for whatever reason comment in the discussion "Inactivity" for a estimate on how long you'll be inactive.
Random checkups on profiles will be done to ensure that you follow the rules and that you're not inactive.

When this group hits 25 members this group will be closed (No one else can join). They only exception to this rule is if a member leaves.
