Teams Gathering together for fun! To be UNIQUE.

The idea is to assemble teams of 9, only one unique class for each person! Preferrably that'd be the person who enjoys playing that class the most.
Post your favorite class below in the comments! To assemble a team and make it official, keep an eye out on the posts, once a person has atleast 9 people with 9 unique classes, they create a team! That is, once I see that TEAM post and give them a team number! Team numbers go in your name to show off which team your with!
Example for posting your name / class
EX: Name: MEDIC
EX: Name: HEAVY
etc, for a TEAM post once you've gathered 9 people - would look a little like..
EX: TEAM POST
Name: MEDIC
Name: HEAVY
Name: ENGINEER
Name: PYRO
Name: SPY
Name: DEMOMAN
Name: SCOUT
Name: SNIPER
Name: SOLDIER'
ETC ETC, once I see that "Team Post" I'll respond and give you a number for your team! Which you can put into your name to show off which team your with so .. and example for that would be...
[Team2Gath#1] Name - Tags are completely optional its just a way to boast!

That would be your team number (#1), so everytime you went into a server with your team (Recommended you all add eachother so you can easily join servers)! you could recognize your team, and any other teams, like if you see any people from team #2, or team #3, get my drift? Official teams once I've marked them off will be posted! If a person has to leave or has been gone for a very long time, can be kicked from a team and replaced (because obviously you need all 9 present to have a full team right)?

Besides all of that, I won't have my own server because of financial issues, so if anyone joins and has their own private server, or has the ability to create an 18 player slot server can post below as well! I will make these people Moderators for this group, AS well as team leaders, for both will be vital in coordinating teams into servers to play against one another, or against a neighboring group who has a bone or beef to pick with us!

So feel free to join and post below! Make sure to state your class so people can start assembling teams!

One More Player Needed

I notice you guys only need one more player for the 6v6 match. What's stopping you? It doesn't cost anything and if you're on the team, you always have a chance at winning the tourney. And winning the tourney, wins you a prize. So don't ask why, ask... why not?

Highlander Match Final Info

Just in case those who are participating in the upcoming 9v9 Highlander Match are not aware, the dates are as follows:

February 2nd, 2013 (2/2/13) Match 1: TF2TeamGath vs. B.O.S.S. > Winner goes on to play in Match 4, loser on to Match 3

February 9th, 2013 (2/9/13) Match 2: KenTriLo vs. Lambda Corps > Winner goes on to play in Match 4, loser on to Match 3

February 16th, 2013 (2/16/13) Match 3: Loser vs. Loser > Loser of Match 3 gets their choice of Match placement in next tournament

February 23rd, 2013 (2/23/13) Match 4: Winner vs. Winner > Winner of Match 4 wins the tournament and the pot

All games will be played at 6pm EST, server will be passworded, so make sure you contact ME for the password. You can get on the server 30 minutes before the match and crap around some.

There are still a few things that need to be done, and if they are not done, they may delay these dates even further:

1. Make SURE you can attend these dates/times. If not, you need to notify your team leader ASAP so you can be replaced.
2. There are spectator slots open for sale for 1 Reclaimed metal *before* February 1st, after that it is 1 Refined. Make sure to give the metal to me so I know who has paid and who hasn't. The more people spectate, the bigger the pot for the winners!
3. There are also rules and special settings, however none are different from any other 'Highlander' match/group.

If YOU check out okay with these, you don't have to do anything until your team plays.

To my knowledge and information, TF2TeamGath does not yet have a completed team, and will need one ASAP to participate. If you wish to play in this match, please let either me or SodaPop know quickly so we can put you down.

First round map: Badlands
Second round map: Granary
Tie-breaker: Foundry
Time Limit of 30 minutes per map
Best 2 out of 3 wins and goes onto Match 5.
