The Terrarias Right of Power is group declaring is superior to all/most sandbox games. You can join if you have terraria or if you just like it. Me, the Leader Tlsohl will start events of sorts like pvp or just a simple group survival. In otherwords its a group for the fans of the game and not the 7 yearold fanboys of minecraft or other immensely overated games like CoD.
