Another attempt to revive a good old Touhou Hale server. Or course it won't be that good and there's some other servers with Touhou hales on them but this one probably will be mostly for EU/russian users because of lower ping and no ping restrictions (like on some certain hale server).

Bad news: server were broken for idk how long. It had default arena mode with no plugins at all. This whole time I only saw that server is working and I didn't think it were broken.
Very bad news: I've received no reports about it lol
Good (?) news: Server seems to be fixed. Probably. I can't be 100% sure since I only tested it with bots.

So, after a few updates server seems to be running again. It's online but I didn't check if it's working correctly. Feel free to test it yourself and send me any feedback.
