Another attempt to revive a good old Touhou Hale server. Or course it won't be that good and there's some other servers with Touhou hales on them but this one probably will be mostly for EU/russian users because of lower ping and no ping restrictions (like on some certain hale server).

The server is currently offline because it started crashing after some recent TF2 update, and I can't figure out how to fix it.
And honestly, I don't know when I'll be able to make it working.
