This group was created as a response to TF2 having a ridiculously long experience farming route in casual mode with 8 tiers to grind.

This group makes finding players to grind experience easier and it's not strictly mandatory but most random players in game will ignore your proposal.

The following traits are recommended:

• Having an intermediate (level 2) skill in english or higher. This can be improved by translating words you don't know, even outside of video games.
  
• Being assertive (agressive when it's good).
  
• Being thick-skinned (tolerant to constructive criticism and resistant to becoming negatively emotional when harrased).
  
• Having a premium account to make communication between players easier.
  
• Being a skilled defender of your engineer's station.
  
• Having a conga dance taunt or other taunt that forces you to move forward but conga allows others to do the same thing as you.
  
  You are allowed to do these things:
  
  
• Being inactive, unless you are a moderator or officer. This group is only for finding other farmers easier.
  
• Sharing ideas for making teleportation grind technique better.
  
• Trading.
  
• Basically what is not prohibited by Steam and this group.
  
• Not enforcing official technique although this might result in lower performance.
  
• Suddenly deciding not to farm since this group is more like a search engine but this might earn you bad reputation.
  
• Being fanatical about this concept.
  
• Not being fanatical about this concept.
  
• Off-topic discussions not related to farming with teleporters at all and even about other games.
  
• Quitting and joining as many times as you want. Unless it would cause DDoS attack effect.
  
• Speaking in other language than english.
  
  If by any reason you were to be banned it would last FOREVER. But it's not a problem since you can just try looking for people in a traditional way but it takes way more time.
  
  You can get banned for:
  
  
• Spamming.
  
• Breaking Steam rules.
  
• Trolling. You will be forgiven if you prove that it was an accident.
