Rules:

1) No Spamming
2) No Cursing/Swearing.
3) No Begging for free items
4) No Advertising other groups
5) Raffles will start when all slots are filled, if they aren't filled within a week, then everyone gets refunded
6) You can only be refunded if the will not be held anymore.
7) Admins are not allowed to enter raffles.

1st Offense is a warning
2nd Blocked from raffles for 1 day or Demoted from staff for 1 day
3rd User will be kicked out from group,can't participate in any raffle,staff will be demoted permanently.
