Synergie ( SynG | ) is looking for more members to join our small clan. Soon to be hosting a 12 slot server in Sydney ( we're based in Melbourne however) running a full rotation of maps. Doing friendly 5 v. 5's and some competitive scrims too once we get some more organised teams together. Most of us at the moment are people who used to play, and are getting back in - so we need practice but we'll be back to our old ways shortly.

So, imagine it like 'have your own server for friendly 5 v 5's with people you know'.

We'll be moving into CS:GO once it's properly released and they stop patching it every week.

We've paid for a few months for our own server, and it's up and running.

Due to new numbers starting to become interested in Synergie, we're starting to prepare teams for scrims, and competitions. SynG is planning on using a primary 5 man team for most scrims, with at least 2 subs for illness, or simply not turning up. So our teams will be made up of 1 team (at least until we get more people) of 5 of our best players, with 2 back-ups just in case.
We're planning on making these teams through an elimination system. The new player interested on joining the team will challenge the player with the lowest skill, and will 1 v. 1 for 10 rounds, and determine the winner from that. The losing player will be removed from the team or SynG completely.
(The player with the lowest skill currently on the team will be determined through either vote, or 3 1 v. 1 matches. with another player)
