The FCC is trying to roll back on the government's current regulation of the internet.

While a lot of people don't like government regulation, if the FCC were to do so, then it would allow ISPs (Internet service providers, such as comcast and AT&T) to have control over the internet service that they provide to individuals. That might not sound bad, and while I fully support a free and open market, this would give ISPs the ability to restrict what content we see.

They can do this in multiple ways. They can prioritize the websites that they're favored towards,and they could slow down connection to websites they aren't fond of.

If you feel like any of these things might seem unfair, help voice your opinion. Give your comment [netneutrality.internetassociation.org] to the FFC.

The more people speak out against this, the more likely they are to not go through with it.

Help keep the internet as free from hindrance as possible.
