As I see it
I created Squids World back when I was playing a lot of Left for Dead 2. There was a group of us that includes my best friend, her husband, my husband, and our great friend Jimmy. As I created this group I have come to realize that I must set some guide lines and expectations from my group members. So here it is as I see it.

Racial slurs will not be tolerated. EVER

Heckling may occur at times we are all adults and if the heckling gets out of line you will be warned by one of the admins, however its part of the game and if you can’t handle it then back out and take a break or just dish it back.

All members are expected to be respectful of each member in the clan. We get enough disrespect from our kids we don’t need more from adults.

We have young tweens and or teens in here at times. Please be aware of them. It is your responsibility to know if they are in chat with us. When they are use kid friendly language.

Adult topics are not off limits when it is just the adults playing however keep in mind that not everyone wants to hear about the party you attended last night and what happened during it. Keep it to a PG 18.

The use of the public game chat to call another player a hacker, cheater, or lump of dung only ruins the game for everyone. It gives SWBB a bad rap as whiners. If you think someone is hacking please keep it to yourself and report them after the game.

Call letter SWBB you DO NOT have to carry the call letters SWBB to be in this group. You are welcome to use other call letters from other groups that you may belong to.

All current group members as of 08/25/2013 are welcome to invite any potentially new group members to chat with the group for a period of 2 days. No new members will be added until I have personally been in chat with them for 2 days and approve of them to become a member. This is for a potential filter session.

All members that wish to invite a new potential member are required to go over these expectations with the candidate to ensure they know what kind of behaviors will be expected.

Profiles DO NOT have to be public to be in this group HOWEVER if a potential new member has bans on record they will not be welcome to either chat and or the group.
If you have someone you wish to invite it is your responsibility to know if they have bans before you ask to invite them for the 2 day trial period.

Potential new members will not be turned away because they have a private profile. Their bans can be seen even if they are set to private.

While in Squids Chat if you come in and join Squids chat to play with the group you must join as a group unless we have restrictions due to Steam. If you do not wish to play as a group then back out of chat or just simply don’t join at that time and move on. This group was created with the intentions of playing as a group and or team. There are times I do not wish to play as a group and when I do I just don’t join Squids chat.
