(Small) Raffles for TF2!

Hey guys and gals!

Since we're starting out small, we (a small group of my friends and me) are going to start small raffles!

How does our raffles work? - Well Mr. Quetioner, we'll (The raffler) would assign you a 'ticket number' ranging from 1 up. Next we would go to random[www.random.org] and set our ticket numbers 1 through whatever. Last we would hit generate and get our number! So for example: You get ticket numbers 1,2,3,7, and 8 (and let's say 8 was the last entry), we would enter 1 through 8, then generate, and if our number matches your number, you get the prize!

|First raffle!| - 1 ref! (Raffle will draw on 11/11; NO ENTRY FEE! :D)

|Second Raffle!| - Name Tag! (Raffle will draw on 11/15; NO ENTRY FEE! (Again) :D)

General Rules:

• 1. - No scamming ; That includes our officers and moderators.
  
• 2. - No ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ; Simply put, if you lose a raffle, tough luck.
  
• 3. - No spamming ; I don't want any spamming whatsoever - I.E. In the forums or requests to your friends list.
  
• 4. - Use random.org for raffles ; Only site most rafflers trust for maximum randomness

Forum Rules:

• 2. - No phishing links! ; This is also against Steam Policy ( What is phishing?[en.wikipedia.org])
  
• 3. - Links may be removed to a mod+'s desire ; If it's something unsafe, we have the right to remove it
  
• 4. - Swearing is allowed ; To an extent!
