A Former Highlander Steel Team

Hey guys, this is going to be pretty long so please have a seat and let me talk for a bit. Me and Jaden have made the decision to disband the team in it's current state. Now quite frankly I do this out of love for you guys, you are awesome teamates and i'm so glad to have made so many great friends over the years from playing this game. This team made it through 4 SEASONS OF STEEL, which in my opinion was as grueling to you as it was to me. I don't want to go pointing fingers but frankly in my honest opinion UGC keeping us from playing in silver long ago was really taxing on everyone as we played simply for the love of the game since being locked into steel couldn't allow us to improve gamesense/DM wise. When last seson ended and players started to leave our team started to lose it's cohesion and slowly started to not even look like the Snake Byters from S18 (the previous season). We really tried to work through this but as you can see we've lost scrim after scrim and all of our efforts quite frankly didn't help as much as we wanted it to. At the end of the day my personal goal in tf2 was to get into UGC Silver, and as much as I'd like to play it I wouldn't want everyone to go insane because of the lack of cohesion we have now with so many players leaving outright.
