SideArc.com is a community geek and gaming blog.

Contributors are invited to post articles and opinion pieces on the main page, or they can simply post comments on others' articles or our main forum "SpeakOut".

Check it out; we think it's really cool. We have game nights every so often on many different platforms, and you can discuss those and look for fellow players on Speakout. We play on a variety of platforms, and we also have a wide variety of gaming tastes that range from Halo to Street Fighter X Tekken and even Pokémon.

I've been encouraging site-wide improvements in grammar and punctuation, but we also like to have fun and not to take anything too seriously. We even like to goof around every once in a while and post articles about food or something else unexpected. Come join us! I'm pretty sure we don't bite. If you have any questions about the site, please feel free to ask me, KingKellogg (waffle haggler and our site's primary administrator), or DigitalWolf, who handles a lot of the site's technical aspects and makes improvements we all gratefully benefit from.

We don't really have a set of specific community guidelines other than the basics of common sense: be polite to others, and be as constructive when commenting as possible. If you use material from other sources, such as images, articles, or portions of articles, please disclose all of your sources.

We have few restrictions on how age-appropriate user-submitted content has to be, since our users are generally adults, but since we sometimes discuss aspects of games that are unsuitable for younger viewers, we do ask that any content likely to offend others should be labeled and categorized as [NSFW].

And that's pretty much all there is to being a productive and welcomed user on our site! We hope to see you around!
