This doesn't make sense.

Have you been looking for a wait that doesn't screw up your controls?

Now, lets get started on explaining this bugger!
You first need to go to your HL2MP folder and create a new folder
Call this folder "testscripts"

Once you're within this folder create a new text file for the sake of organization we'll name this text file test1
Also remember that this is a text file so the extension will be .txt

In the same way that you deal with a normal .cfg
You'll be entering your commands in here.

Once you've opened your text file we're going to need to enter a few commands
For our first line lets put in a simple line to make sure our script has been started
Lets put in "say test1"
Then for the next line.
We're going to add in a wait so there will be a delay between each command
Put in test_wait 1
This will tell our computer to wait 1 second before running the next line
After that line press enter for a new line and put in "say test2"
This line will be ran 1 second after you first said test1

Also, remember to always add in an extra character at the end of the last command.
For some reason, Valve doesn't read the last charater entered. So, we'll put in a semi-colon to let it know we're done.

Now, it is time to actually run the script so we can see this all in action
Go into your console and type in
"test_startscript test1.txt"
REMEBER TO ALWAYS INCLUDE THE EXTENTION!!!!

If you are having problems running your script you may have entered the file name incorrectly.
The file that you're calling needs to be the name and the extention together.

Example: "test_startscript test1.txt"

Remeber to share this information with all of your friends.

Valve updated HL2DM and CCS. They removed access to the test_startscript commands.

Since I'm running my commands through a test script that isn't the format that I'm using for my script. When you start seeing a flood of fireuser1s that is a looping function of my script.

i remember somethin :o
i dont really know who found it first. maybe synca, maybe ano, maybe X, maybe newbanator...
after some of us found it too, some of us told it just to some guys.
basicly in that time, testscripts where secret.
someone leaked it.
finaly it got more and more public in HL2DM.
then someone inside the CS:S sv_cheats group IOn leaked it to many noobs in CS:S. (i think Joker did)
ducky came also into -[SaD]- in that time.

it leaked more and more.. and then.. instantly Share and Win came up.
we all thought Bob is just a random n00b who got the leaked knowhow.
maybe you understand why i banned you for your first "say loop" on sapph's server. i just was sick and with me many else (noobs included)

i wonder what else i could say :o

Just to let you know. The script that was being posted wasn't created by some noob. He was a guy involved in the CS:S sv_cheat community for a while and sold the script for money. Then when he figured out people were reselling it or something like that. He posted it up for free to kill the profits they would make off of him.
