In the community we have three pillars

Gaming: We have played new titles, sought new experiences, and found new friends through the games we play. Today the modern gamer has a lot of content to choose. From the humble platformer, to the most complex of strategy titles it is a big world out there with little to help a gamer find others who like the content they do and the information on it.

Community: Gaming can be fun on its own, but it is at its best an activity shared together. Building community, creating spaces for gamers, and celebrating games together is what we do. Either through streams, discord, or even on twitter we want to make great spaces for gamers.

Stories: We hope that in our endeavor, we can create an informed public through community interaction and the ability to obtain the stories people want to hear. We look at topics not usually covered by games media and see the true nature of the people and entities behind games.

Good Day @everyone

This message is for those of you who have been active in the community, those who look to see the principles of this community to live on. We have been making massive changes recently and this is for the reason that this community is not about me or the admins who run it. It is about you and the principles which guide the community.

Effective immediately yesterday half the staff had been removed. This was because each of those removed had either not fulfilled their duties to you, not wanted to fulfil those duties by their own principle or had not been able to do so due to extenuating circumstances. This has been amended.

The Season system, which has been going for the last five months, is gone. We will be discussing an entirely new one effective immediately, not between a few individuals but between @everyone

Furthermore we will be changing everything to allow those who are active and wanting to build a community of people who care for the games and for one another to be the most comfortable.

What is going to happen now?

1: ALL Individuals who will not respond to this post in the next 7 DAYS will be REMOVED FROM THE DISCORD. Please notify you wish to stay under #reply-channel

2: A Community Constitution will be made available after the removal of these people. There people will be able to submit points that will define the community for the foreseeable future. It is an open writing process for all those active on the server.

3: All concerns with the changes will be ignored

Kaptain Eik will be going to have a quiz next Friday (30th of March) at 18:00 GMT. There will be 7 different categories with 5 questions per category, in total 35 questions.

There will be awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. 1st place can pick from a collection of games, then 2nd place picks another from the rest and 3rd place will do the same.
