Team Leader - Doesn't give you much Authority, you can decide your squad's deputy and be a spokesperson. Have minor authority in descision making. Being in this position is an act of trust, neglecting your duty or that trust will see you replaced by the deputy or someone just as capable.

Deputy - Second in Command to a Team Leader, acts as Team Leader when they're not around, has minor authority in descision making. Usually the Most / Second most skilled player in the team. Is considered a squaddie while Team Leader is around.

Squaddie - Members of a Squad, voice of the people so a high authority in decision making (in a group). Fill various roles and don't have to do much else (relations or management wise).
