Foundation for the Advancement of Gibus Soldiers

What is this?:
This is an organization dedicated to the education and protection for gibus soldiers. We need people like you to join our cause, but we require that you know how to play decently at the video game Team Fortress 2 in order to be adequate for this mission.

What's the backstory?:
Since the beginning of the Free to play update in June the 23rd of 2011 many new soldiers came to Team Fortress 2 either because they were broke or curious to see what this game was. Many of them were specifically targeted by toxic competitive players because of their lack of skill, and many of them were harassed and bullied by these tryhards until they were no longer willing to play the game.

Why do we do this?:
As Team Fortress 2 has lost it's media popularity, it is essential to the game and community's lifespan that we attract more players even if they are not even good at video games in general.
