SPQR Sub Group for Information Managment

A vote cannot be made twice

Elected officials are required to mass invite

Preators have power to initiate laws which will be voted on by the Magistrates

Preators must Inform one of two Consuls and the Emperor for the authority to initiate voting for a law

ProConsul can veto a decision made by Imperator

If stalemate Consuls will be granted one vote each. Emperor may also brake the tie

Censors Can Recommend suited Senators to the Emperor

The Consular Tribune has all the same powers as the regular Consuls have plus the advantage of having a permanent position in the senate untill they are during a tournament Final

Quaestors manage the Republics treasury

Aedilis manage the Republics infrastructure and manage parades and other festivals.

ProConsul appoints the Magisters.

Decimation: The senate may vote to have a Legion decimated (Kick every 10th member) for any voted on legit reason. ProConsul must be given adminship in the target legion and editing rights so that he may decimate.

DEFCON = Defense Readiness Condition

DEFCON is used to represent S.P.Q.R.'s military readyness level. The lower the number the higher the threat of war and readyness.

DEFCON 5 Lowest state of readiness - Normal Readyness
DEFCON 4 Increased intelligence watch and strengthened security measures
DEFCON 3 Increase in force readiness above that required for normal readiness
DEFCON 2 Further increase in force readiness, but less than maximum readiness, ready for war.
DEFCON 1 War. Highest state of Readyness.
