All 2nd lieutenants will be promoted to 1st lieutenant 1 1/2 weeks after entering the clan all new members will start as a 2nt lieutenant until promoted to 1st. captain will be made on 3 raids and 3 weeks in clan. Major will be made upon completing 5 raids and 4 weeks in clan. Lieutenant colonel will be made on 7 raids and put up for a vote among all clan members (must be a majority vote). Colonel will be made by a vote by all members and 10 raids and will then be second in command. General will be made at the discrestion of all captains and above (must be unanimous).
