Sector VII Slums

Sector VII Midgar Slums....Currently under construction
When President Rufus Charles Shinra learned of the AVALANCHE Rebellion hw combed the sectors of Midgar for their home base. After weeks of looking He discovered the base was in Sector VII, the president ordered Reno, a Turk to lead an invasion force into the slum and drop the secton of the plate on it, killing almost everyone in the sector, except the familly of Areis Gainsburogh and the members of Avalanche. President Shinra watched the plate drop as he sipped a glass of wine.
After Sephiroth took over he began reconstruction of sector VII, and i as his succsesor oversee it's completion
