Our goal is to create a very chill group that gradually takes on increasingly harder challenges while taking it easy and having fun.

PvPers, builders, farmers, role-players, beginners, there is a spot for everyone in our group as long as you are great to have around.
We especially like people that can think for themselves and aren't here to be bossed around.
Our command structure will probably change over time, but for now it is perfectly flat.
This will not be a marriage. You do you, we don't care if you are absent for a month, if you play on other servers and things like that.

One of our major goals is to avoid what we consider the shortcomings of large groups, things like the general toxic and immature environment, leadership overstepping any boundaries when it comes to players privacy and stressing people out to be on all the time or in their desperation to have everybody on for wipe, kipping very toxic players around just because they are good PvPers, leadership unloading their anger on the team after failed raids (failure is how we learn) etc.
We need smart and decent people to make it work, please be that.
Understand that we want to be different, chill, happy and find ways enjoy Rust!
