Refined Realism

RO2 server settings for players seeking a more realistic and authentic behaviour.

The "core" settings are:
Base settings from Realism
Weapon and class progression bonuses disabled
Classic load out
Classic weapon handling

Note that weapon bonuses are currently not even disabled in Classic servers, but they are disabled here.

Eh ignore my last comment, still getting used to this new steam format...Just saw the giant Events tab up there.. So used to looking at the right side of the page xD

So events going to be scheduled soon? I haven't been able to make any that've happened due to other obligations (And not seeing the scheduled events), but eh...Yeah a testing session happening sometime in the next two weeks?
