HOW IT WORKS

* 99 entry slots (may go down to 81 or 72 if needed)

* 1 scrap to buy 1 slot

* Max of 3 entries per person

* Random number generator (random.org) picks number on Livestream (livestream.com/reddittf2)

* Winning number receives the majestic Hatte

* Second Winning number receives noble-but-not-majestic Hatte

* Third WInning number receives a modest Hatte or item.

* One person can not win two prizes, that number will be redrawn if so.

* The order of the hats is written in stone (first number drawn gets the 'first prize' etc, no picking and choosing)! This way it is still random and nothing is to blame but chance if someone misses the hat they wanted.

* Claim your prize within 72 hours, you will still get it after that but please try to get it at your earliest convenience.

* Refined metal from entries goes to next week's prize
