How do raffles work?

Each raffle will have a different ticket price, lets say its a 15$ item a ticket will be around 0.80 for each one you buy you get a number (The more you buy the greater chance you have of wining) and at the end of the raffle we will roll on http://www.random.org what ever number we roll is who wins.
