Founder of NTA

Founder/President of NTA: There is only one Founder and President of NTA at this moment. This person is the go to person when no one else can assist you with an issue, or concern. This person also is the overseer and final voice concerning ideas to make our organization better.

Executive Vice President of NTA: There is only one Executive Vice President of NTA at this moment, which is Trooper. His job description is like unto mine. All that the Founder/President can do so can he. He is the BOSS the President and Vice President is not around. He is also able to provide drivers with a Drivers number and Password for our VTC.

Vice President of NTA: There is only one Vice President of NTA at this moment, which is Trooper. His job description is like unto mine. All that the Founder/President can do so can he. Secretary of NTA: This person is the voice of all other members below them. The secretary will also assist in all duties of NTA. The Secretary will help resolve issues that we may have come up between members, partnerships and or NTA's Division Drivers.

Marketing Director of NTA: This person is to manager our Facebook page, advertise our association, come up with stradegies to recruit more drivers and companies ect. This person do all that he can to expose NTA.

Hiring Manager of NTA: All those that obtain the position of a hiring manager for NTA will be required to make contact with all representatives assigning them someone to train, test, ect. The hiring manager must keep record of which drivers need to be retested, who did not pass, who has quit or been kicked from our association, who needs to be reschduled for another test, who may need training, and who has pass their test and is waiting for a drivers number and password for our VTC. (PLEASE CREATE DOCUMENT TO ASSIST WITH YOUR DUTIES) All reports must be turned in to the secretary at the end of your shift.

Road Superviser: This person is responsible for all of the drivers on the road to make sure we are safe and have a nice smooth drive and assit with any truck problems we may have.

Convoy Manager of NTA: This person will schdule all convoys, arrange order of drivers, state rules of convoy and will oversee operations of the Convoy Security.

Dispatcher of NTA: This is a new position with NTA. However, we need someone that is going to be serious about their job. The Dispatcher must communicate with all drivers using our communication guide, arrange deliveries and where abouts for our trucks.. ..Convoy Managers must contact Dispatchers before organizing convoy to make sure that we have availiable drivers. All drivers must call in to dispatcher when getting fuel, had a accident, dropping off so that dispatcher can give you another load, ect.

Trainer of NTA: The trainer of NTA is just that. When drivers need help with parking, driving, backing up, ect. the Trainer will assist them. If someone need help with the VTC, the Trainer will assist them (Train) them on how to use the VTC properly.

Representative of NTA: The representative of NTA is a very special position because this person is the first person that new members make contact with normally. This person must be educated on all things pertaining to NTA. This person must answer any questions that the new member has, and also assist with the hiring process, getting drivers trucks painted correctly, and having them put the [NTA] at the back of their names.

Members of NTA: Members duties are to get more members to join so that they can be promoted to a leadership position. In order for this person to be promoted a leader must recommend them to the President, Vice President, or Hiring Manager. We will make a anonomous decision to promoted the recommended member or not. If the member is promoted one of us will contact that member and instruct them of their duties and truck colors if neccessary for a change.
