Rat Pack Ark Server

Nobody likes rules but every server has to have them!

No using hacks or exploits!

This one is pretty obvious but if you are caught using any type of hack then you will be insta banned! If you use any type of exploit, like building inside rocks or underground where you shouldn't be able to then all your buildings will be demolished! Repeat offences may result in a ban!

Building Zones

You can build anywhere on the map apart from in caves and on top of mountains. You are also not allowed to use foundations to block resource spawning.

Base Raiding

Base raiding is not only allowed but encouraged and there is very few rules regarding it!

The preferred method of base raiding is while the other tribe is online to defend themselves, this is not only more enjoyable but leads to less arguments. If you are base raiding a tribe that is online then you can do as much damage as you like to gain access and kill the other tribe.

Offline base raiding is slightly different because there is nobody online to defend the base so you should only do enough damage to gain entry to the base, an example would be just taking the door off or a wall panel.

Open World PvP

There is only 1 open world PvP rule and that is that we ask you not to patrol the spawn areas killing fresh spawns on the beaches. These are potential new players to the server and we don't want to scare them off!

Apart from that KoS is allowed!

Passive Dino's

If a dino is set to passive then it is no threat to you so you are not allowed to kill it! This goes for any dino's you may stumble upon in the woods or when you are base raiding.

Admins

The admins play the game just like you do so they are PvP targets just like you. The only exception to this is if you ask for an admin to come and help you with something and just kill them when they turn up, if you do this then you shouldn't expect much help in the future!

Admin logging is on so you can see any commands they use in chat but if you suspect an admin of abusing his/her powers then send me (DirtyRat) a private message on here and I will investigate it.
