Raffles- some are even FREE!

When there is a new raffle, it will be in discussions. If it is tagged with [free], there will be NO ENTRY FEE! If it is tagged with [paid], you must pay a certain amount to enter. In order to select a winner, we will use a unique method. We can't tell you just yet, but just note that it WILL NOT be a random number generator. I am the only owner and I have no alt accounts. Know that I will never enter a raffle, so the System should work flawlessly.
